1. Retained fees: All items consigned with Tried & True Inc. will receive fifty percent (50%) of the selling price.
2. Liability: Tried & True Inc. assumes no liability for the loss, damage, theft or destruction of any item consigned.
3. Imperfect merchandise: Items in need of cleaning or repair may be charged a cleaning or repair fee without notice to the consignor. The fee is $5.00 and may go up depending on the extent of the cleaning or repair. Fee will be deducted from the consignors account without notification to the consignor.
4. Consignor may consign up to 15 items once a week, with a maximum of 40 in one month. Consignments will be taken Tuesday—Thursday from 10am to 4pm the 1st thru the 15th of each month. No drop offs after 4pm and no consignments taken on Friday or Saturday. All consignments are kept 150 days.
5. Pickups: Consignor must pick up all UNSOLD items within one (1) month from the end of the consignment period. Consignor will be notified of all pickups. Upon the discretion of the consignee, items may be left for an additional thirty (30) days. All unsold items not picked up after the end of the consignment period will become property of Tried & True Inc. Seasonal items will not be returned.
6. Price Reductions: All items are subject to price reductions at the discretion of Tried & True Inc.
7. Pickups: Consignor must give a two (2) day notice before pickup. Consignee will be held responsible for pulling all items to be picked up. Picked up items will be charged a fee of $25.00 for items pulled before the end of the consignment period of 150 days.
8. Consignment checks: Checks are issued 30 days after items have sold. Checks are issued between the 15th & 20th of each month. Checks are not written on Saturdays or for under $10.00. Monies not used within 6 (six) months will be deleted from the account without notification to the consignor. Additional checks written (due to loss, theft, etc.) will be charged $25.00 for a replacement check.
